
India’s prominent public sector bank, Bank of Baroda, has launched a substantial recruitment campaign to hire 2,482 Local Bank Officers on a permanent basis, spanning 20 States and Union Territories. The recruitment drive encompasses various states, notably Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Odisha. A distinctive aspect is the commitment to post selected officers in their applied state for 12 years or until they attain SMGS-IV Grade, whichever occurs first.

The Local Bank Officer (Junior Management Grade/Scale-I) role necessitates a graduation degree in any field from an accredited university and a minimum 1-year post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Reserve Bank of India’s Second Schedule.
